Key relations externally:
Different stakeholders at customer (procurement, packaging design, marketing, logistics, management,…)
Key relations internally: manage cross-divisional collaboration and drive throught the organization horizontally to ensure meeting customer needs and avoid silo thinking
• Responsible for cat. 1-2. customers/ Responsible for cat. 2-3-4. customers/ Responsible for cat. 3-4. customers with significant existing business or opportunity; coordination of multiple country relationship-responsibility
• Secure excellent customer relations, understand customers’ need and offer customer-made solutions with innovative approach
• Gain, develop and maintain profitable business with specified key accounts, with full business responsibility for meeting company targets and plans
• Observe and share with the account team the customer’s market development and competitors’ behaviour to identify opportunities and risks
• Setting goals and strategy for the key account according to sales and company strategy
• Reach customer specific targets outlined in the account plan
• Develop and maintain business relation with customers (existing and new customers)
• Manage existing business with customers to increase profitable growth or brickwall
• Identify, qualify, gain and develop new opportunities at existing customers and with new customers and customize solutions according to customer needs
• Anticipate customer needs and respond in a timely manner to their requests (complaint handling included)
• Drive process of developing new opportunities (projects or customers) to realized profitable business
• Joint product and solution development with customers
• Responsible for the goals outline in the account plan
• Develop customer sales strategy and account plan
• Drive and lead the customer relationship through a consistent account plan, implementation and follow-up processes
• Coordinate projects within the account team, secure all internal and external stakeholders are fully conversant with the implementation process and understand their role within the account plan
• Networking within and between divisions, competency centers and countries
• Handle international accounts in cooperation with European Account Managers (if applicable)
• Continually monitor and share the information about market and competitors
